He graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Finance and Economics. This enables him to share his unique perspective on the everchanging economic conditions regarding the real estate world. He also has a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Westminster College. After graduating with an MBA, he did not stop there. He decided to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specializing in Real Estate, Property Management, and Development taxation. He enjoys working with people and serving in the community. Dave has a great appreciation for the outdoors and doing activities such as running hills, biking, hiking, and camping. With his love of the outdoors he volunteers his time as a Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America.
